Pong Lim elected to VISANOW Board of Directors

Former CEO of Ditech Communications brings strong career in management and financial development within high-tech industries

CHICAGO, IL April 2, 2007 –  VISANOW, the industry leading immigration solution provider, has announced the election of Pong Lim to its Board of Directors. With a distinguished career in corporate growth and entrepreneurial leadership, Pong will help guide the strategic development of VISANOW.

Pong has over 25 years of hands-on experience in management and investment strategies for high technology private and public companies. After re-founding Ditech Communications in 1999, Pong led the organization to a highly successful IPO in 1999. In 2000, he established the Lim Capital Group to manage investments in venture capital, private equity and hedge funds and has served as Chairman and CEO for start-ups, buyouts and turnarounds.

With leadership and investment experience in high-tech industries such as VoIP and optical network communications, wireless networking and internet based e-commerce, Pong has an established track record of growth oriented success within innovative organizations. His distinguished career also includes previous positions in general management, engineering and finance with Alcatel/DSC/Granger Associates, Fairchild Semiconductors and Proctor & Gamble.
