What is a VISANOW Green Card Application?

VISANOW Green Card Applicationa include the following: I-130 petition and I-485 application. The I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, and the I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, may be filed concurrently if the applicant is an immediate relative (i.e. spouse, child, or parent of a U.S. citizen) and if the applicant is presently in the U.S.

If the I-485 applicant is not an immediate relative, the I-485 can only be filed when the applicant’s priority date becomes current as determined by the Department of State’s monthly Visa Bulletin.

What is the Benefit of a Green Card Application?

The fees for the Green Card Application are lower than the fees would be if the applicant opened a separate I-130 petition and a separate I-485 application.
