Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card

Form I-90 is used by permanent, and conditional, residents to apply to the USCIS for replacement of permanent resident cards.

Form I-90 should not be used by a conditional resident to remove the condition from the green card. Form I-751 should be used for that purpose.

Who is Eligible to File Form I-90?
