Corporate Account Executive

We are seeking a Corporate Account Executive to join our downtown Chicago sales team and help expand our customer base. It is a base plus commission position where the first year average compensation is $45k-$60k.
Our clients consist primarily of global corporations with decision-makers being human resources professionals and in-house legal departments. Some examples are American Airlines, Dow Jones, and the Chicago Blackhawks.
As a Corporate Account Executive, you will be responsible for business development to small and medium sized companies and eventually enterprise accounts. This is a predominantly inside sales position with some outside sales to other states.
Other duties/responsibilities include:
- Must source and target accounts within the small to medium corporate range; will be given opportunities to target handful of Enterprise Account prospects.
- Drive to continuously telephone cold call corporate prospects.
- Excellent phone presentation and dialogue skills.
- Ability to close new corporate accounts.
- Answering client general/non-technical questions.
- Working with the Client and Legal Services group to help ensure high level of service.
- Handling client administrative and accounting needs.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- 1-5 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly intelligent – must have the ability to quickly learn complex subjects and processes
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude

Education and Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of professional experience as an I.T. Business Analyst
- Wireframe creation with MS Visio or similar product
- Experience eliciting and writing requirements, and creating use cases, test scenarios, and process maps
Preferred Experience
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Experience collaborating with developers to determine feasibility and approach, and QA to ensure requirements are fully tested after development
- Exposure to guiding stakeholders through the UA process

Web Designer

We are seeking a Web Designer to join our marketing team and help expand our brand awareness and preference. It is a base plus bonus position located at our corporate offices in downtown Chicago.
Our customers consist primarily of global and domestic corporations along with various consumers seeking to improve their legal service experiences. Some examples are American Airlines, Dow Jones, and the Chicago Blackhawks.
As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for the entire VISANOW website and landing pages. The Web Designer will have the ability to create web applications from the requirements stage through final production as well provide enhancements to and modifications on an ongoing basis. Salary is $55k-$60k with a 10% bonus opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a user-friendly site architecture and design
- Upgrading current websites with content and graphics
- Maintaining site appearance by enforcing brand standards and editing submissions
- Creating marketing banners, images and email templates and other ads as needed
- Executing proactive online and social media campaigns and imagery
- Executing and developing mobile optimized websites and landing pages
- Working with various departments in particular marketing in overseeing projects and deadlines
- On occasion, creating collateral and sales support materials
Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 year+ of web design experience
- Experienced with CSS 3, HTML 5, and maintaining web content
- Expert with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Fireworks and Dreamweaver)
- Experience working with JavaScript
- Experience with WordPress
- Experience with internet marketing including PPC, SEO, social media, and Google Analytics
- Previous experience working with e-commerce websites a plus
