VISANOW’s legal team draws on a strong foundation of legal and international
experience as well as a passion for immigration as its exclusive field of practice. Members
of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and frequent speakers at
industry events of organizations ranging from the Society of Human Resource Professionals
(SHRM) to the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC), our legal team has decades
of deep immigration experience even including representation of clients before the
United States Supreme Court.
VISANOW’s attorneys are among the very best in their field as attested to
by our average 99.8 visa approval rate. While most attorneys don’t divulge
approval rates or claim similar successes, VISANOW is the only provider to back
our claims with a success guarantee. This
success results from our attorneys’ talent and their ability to focus on just
the part of the immigration process that requires their expertise (which is less
than 3%, according to analyst research). Thanks to VISANOW’s patented online
platform, our attorneys don’t have to deal with the bureaucracy and inefficiency
of a paper-based process or spend their time playing phone tag with clients. Instead,
they answer questions within 30 minutes or less.
The legal excellence aside, our legal team further distinguishes itself by speaking
your language and making practical recommendations. This allows non-lawyers to easily
understand matters and quickly decide appropriate action.
Caroline Tang, Esq.

law and serves her well as she prepares filings, responds to Requests for Evidence
and researches and analyzes immigration laws and statutes.
