What Are The Requirements for Forms ETA 750 A?
Form ETA 750 A requires evidence that the
foreign worker meet the minimum job requirements for any position that requires skilled
labor or unskilled labor.
How Long Is An Alien Labor Certification Valid?
It is generally valid for 1 year. In order to ultimately obtain
temporary residence, an H-2A
or H-2B application is also
required.
Are Dependents Eligible For Permanent Residence?
Yes. All children under 21 years old and spouses are entitled to temporary
residence when the primary applicant receives approval of the H application.
