Robert C. Meltzer
CEO

Robert C. Meltzer has taken VISANOW from concept to reality and now leads the company in its pursuit of revolutionizing immigration process management. Beginning his career at the legal office of the United Nations World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland, Robert concentrated on public international law, international contracts and international copyright. Upon returning to the U.S. in 1986, he entered private practice where he continued in international law and expanded his practice to include immigration law. After practicing immigration law for over 15 years, he realized the potential to utilize technology to streamline the management of the immigration process and founded VISANOW.

Robert is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has been a member of the International and Immigration Law Section of the Illinois State Bar Association since 1985. He has experience in all appellate processes in the practice of immigration law and has represented clients before the United States Supreme Court on immigration law issues. He is an author, lecturer and a recent Adjunct Professor of International Law at Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Robert was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Colorado, Boulder and a Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University College of Law. In addition to his traditional U.S. legal education, Robert furthered his international legal education by receiving certificates and diplomas from the Henri Dunant Institute in Geneva, Switzerland; The Institute de Internationale Droits de L'homme in Strasbourg, France; and the University of Salzburg/McGeorge School of Law in Salzburg, Austria.

Charles Bayer
Manager of Accounting and Finance

As Manager of Accounting and Finance, Charles is responsible for overseeing all financial activities at VISANOW. Charles combines progressive fiscal strategy with thorough controls and metrics in order to ensure optimal performance and appropriate resource allocation for the company.

Prior to joining VISANOW Charles worked for Infinity Audit Solutions LLC, a firm specializing in the automotive, construction and hospitality industries. While with IAS he preformed nearly 1500 audits and received Top Illinois Auditor honors from the organization in 2005. Prior to his work at IAS Charles held finance positions at Zurich North America and JPMorgan Chase.

Charles earned his B.S. at Roosevelt University of Chicago and is currently pursuing his MBA with a concentration in Accounting.

Erin Schael
Director of Human Resources and Administration

As Director of Human Resources and Administration, Erin leads the development of a progressive Human Resources department for VISANOW. Erin oversees all aspects in Human Resources including the management of recruiting efforts, employee benefits and training activities. Additionally, in managing the company's administration processes, Erin is responsible for the initiation of staff enhancement programs and the monitoring of internal organizational policies and procedures.

Erin's previous experience includes successive positions with Jones Lang LaSalle where she was responsible for the firm's inbound immigration process and Domestic Relocation Program. Her experience also includes coordinating Affirmative Action programs, campus recruiting, benefits, new hire onboarding, career counseling and providing generalist support for multiple infrastructure groups including Marketing, Legal, Payroll and Strategic Consulting.

Erin received her Bachelors of Science from Indiana University and a Certificate of Studies from Richmond College, London, England.

Rob Cicek
Director of Client Sales

As Director of Client Sales, Rob is responsible for overseeing the development of client relationships. Rob and his team are dedicated to our client's immigration needs and providing additional support and consulting for our corporate clients.

Previously, Rob developed a strong background in working for start-up companies which strengthened his skills at selling new products with little brand recognition while building a strong client base. While at Globalcom, Rob was part of a 10 person company that grew to over 300 employees. In addition, he earned "Sales Person of the Year" and President's Club for exceeding sale targets and building a strong client base.

Rob received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of Dayton.

Ryan McFarland
Director of Information Technology

As Director of Information Technology, Ryan oversees the strategic development and support for VISANOW's technology platform and infrastructure. Ryan and his team are responsible for the application delivery of the business processes that distinguish the VISANOW solution.

Prior to joining VISANOW, Ryan managed an IT team supporting mission-critical web applications for Chicago Title Insurance. In past roles as a consultant and project manager, Ryan has facilitated the successful delivery of multi-million dollar technology initiatives. Some of those initiatives were for client engagements at SIRVA, SBC and Motorola.

Ryan received his Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University and his M.B.A. from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. Ryan holds both the Agile ScrumMaster (CSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications. He has studied in Barcelona Spain at the Escola Superior d'Administracio i Direccio d'Empreses (ESADE). He is also a veteran of the US Army.

Le Nguyen
Vice President of Sales

As Vice President of Sales, Le is charged with the national and global sales strategy and its execution for VISANOW. Le oversees all direct sales activities, partner channel development, and the client services department. His number one priority as a sales leader is to win through the development of his people and thereby providing ultimate client satisfaction.

Le has held numerous leadership positions previous to VISANOW at Fortune 500 to start up divisions. After successive roles, he became a Sales Recruiting Manager and a Corporate Sales Manager with technology distributor, CDW. He also led a medical diagnostic device sales team as the National Director of Sales for Polymedco, Inc. He added to his sales management experience at Zebra Technologies by leading a channel partners sales team as well as a national key accounts team.

Le earned his Bachelor of Arts in Law, Letters, and Society at the University of Chicago. He has continued his business education by completing various certificate programs from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and The Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

Danny Zoller
Director of Corporate Development

As Director of Corporate Development, Danny is responsible for the evaluation and analysis of new market opportunities, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. Danny plays a key role in formulating and executing Company business strategies, including leading the execution of M&A opportunities, generating strategic and financial analysis to support growth plans, and performing market research and analysis of complementary technologies and businesses.

Prior to joining VISANOW, Danny served as a Managing Director/COO of Astor Financial, LLC, a financial services company providing investment management through investment partnerships and separate managed account vehicles. Prior to working at Astor, Danny was a Principal at Sterling Partners, a private equity firm focusing on buyouts, venture capital and real estate, where his primary responsibilities included business development, acquisitions, joint venture management, marketing and legal oversight for Sterling Real Estate Partners, LLC and its affiliate entities. Danny joined Sterling Partners after being a Partner with the law firm of Arnstein & Lehr in Chicago, where he specialized in corporate, finance and real estate transactions.

Danny received a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas and his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law.
