How does the eConsultation work?
To get started, simply click on the "eConsultation Chat" button below to create a password-protected account. You will be asked for valid credit card information to create the account and the eConsultation fee of $39.95 will be charged.
Once you have set up your account, you will fill out a questionnaire collecting all of the information necessary for our attorneys to assess your case.
After you submit the information, our attorneys will assess your visa eligibility within 24 hours and clarify any open questions through the Question/Response feature in your account. You will be notified of any communication from our attorneys via email.
If you are found eligible for a visa, you can easily file the application using the information already provided and the eConsultation fee will be applied towards the visa application fees.
