Seasoned corporate finance executive to help company grow rapidly

Smith has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer, where she will oversee all finance, accounting and treasury operations as well as play a role in corporate development, strategic partnerships and acquisitions. Prior to joining VISANOW, Smith was a Director in the Telecom, Media and Technology Services group at Madison Dearborn Partners, a leading private equity investment firm in Chicago.

Prior to joining VISANOW, Smith was a Director of Telecom, Media and Technology (TMT) Services at Madison Dearborn Partners, which has raised six private equity funds with aggregate capital of over $18 billion and has completed investments in approximately 130 companies. Smith led Madison Dearborn Partners’ media and information services practice and was involved with its investments in CDW Corporation, TransUnion Corporation, The Topps Company, Inc., and Intelsat, Ltd

Smith earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University and a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. In addition to her work at Madison Dearborn, she has also worked for Morgan Stanley Capital Partners.
