Glenn Gottfried elected to VISANOW Board of Directors

Former President of Thomson TFP brings distinguished accomplishments in Business Development and Strategic Planning

CHICAGO, IL July 11, 2006 – VISANOW, the industry leader of immigration solutions, has announced the election of Glenn Gottfried to its Board of Directors. An innovative leader with exceptional ability to drive organizations to higher levels of performance, Glenn will help formulate the tactical planning and execution of the business development strategy for VISANOW.

Glenn’s areas of expertise include product development, business process transformation, information and technology management and new business start-up. Most recently, Glenn served as the President of Thomson TFP, a software and directory publishing firm serving the financial services industry. He led the transformation of TFP into a highly profitable, growth oriented web-enabled solutions company significantly increasing revenue from information technology products. Prior to Thomson, Glenn held upper management positions with OMGEO and Midwest Securities Trust Company among others.

In addition to VISANOW, Glenn serves on the Board of Advisors for the College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences for the University of Vermont and Bankers Toolbox, Inc. He earned a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Vermont along with a Masters of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Glenn also received his MBA from the University of Chicago.
