To qualify for a T-4 visa, the applicant must prove that he or she is the parent of a T-1 nonimmigrant.
The parent of a T-1 visa holder may be included in the initial T-1 visa application or alternatively, they may file a separate T-4 visa application at a later date.
How Long Is The T-4 Visa Valid?
A T-4 visa holder is granted status in the U.S. for the period consistent with that of the primary T-1 visa.
