elimination of many typical communication hold-ups associated with the traditional
model of providing immigration services.”

What is a VISANOW Family-Based Green Card Application?
What is the Benefit of
a Family-Based Green Card Application?
VISANOW Green Card Application includes the following: I-130
petition and I-485 application. The I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, and the
I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, may be filed
concurrently if the applicant is an immediate relative (i.e. spouse, child, or parent
of a US citizen) and if the applicant is presently in the US.
If the I-485 applicant is not an immediate relative, the I-485 can only be filed
when the applicant’s priority date becomes current as determined by the Department
of State’s monthly Visa Bulletin.
The fees for the Green Card Application are lower than
the fees would be if the applicant opened a separate I-130 petition and a separate
I-485 application.
