If you have immigration processing and visa-related questions you would like to
discuss with expert attorneys, VISANOW's eConsultation is the fast, convenient
and inexpensive way to get online immigration advice
without setting up face to face appointments
at high fees. Whether you have questions about
work visas such as the
H-1B,
travel or study visas, or
permanent residence such as the
green card,
our experienced attorneys have helped thousands of individuals for over a
decade.
How much is it?
VISANOW's eConsultation is very inexpensive and completely risk free. For a fee
of only $39.95 our immigration experts thoroughly assess your case and determine
if you are eligible for a visa. If you proceed and
file your visa
application with VISANOW, we will waive the eConsultation fee and apply
it to the fees of the visa application. If we find that you are not eligible for
a visa, we will refund your entire eConsultation fee.
How does it work?
To get started, simply click on the "Start eConsultation" link below to create a
password-protected account. You will be asked for valid credit card information
to create the account and the eConsultation fee of $39.95 will be deducted.
Once you have set up your account, you will proceed to a brief
questionnaire collecting the information necessary for our attorneys to assess
your case. After you submit the information, our attorneys will assess your
eligibility for a visa within 24 hours and clarify any open questions through the
Question/Response feature within your account. You will be notified of any
communication from our attorneys in your account via email. If you are found eligible for a visa,
you can easily file the appropriate application using the information already provided and the
eConsultation fee will be applied towards the visa application fees. Should we determine that
you are not currently eligible for a visa, we will recommend next steps
available to you and refund the eConsultation fee.
