Through our innovative technology, you can open an eConsultation case, post questions online and receive direct responses through your account.

To get started, simply click on the "Start eConsulation" link below to create a password-protected account. There will be a nominal fee for the consultation, and you will be asked for valid credit card information to create the account. Through your account, you will have two opportunities to communicate with our attorneys.

Once you have established your account, simply submit your initial inquiry through the Question/Response log in your account. You can ask anything regarding immigration issues, including temporary visas to enter the US for work, study or visit; permanent US residency; and US citizenship. Next our attorneys will review your question and post an answer to your account within the hour. You will receive an email stating that a response to your eConsultation has been posted. Then, you will have another opportunity to submit a follow-up question on any outstanding issues you may have after reviewing the initial legal response.
