Visa Description
B-1 Persons visiting the United States for business purposes.
B-2 Persons visiting the United States for pleasure.
K-1 Fiancé(e) of a U.S. citizen entering the United States to marry to his/her fiancé(e).
K-3 Foreign national waiting for his/her application for permanent residence to be processed, and is entering the U.S. to join his/her U.S. citizen spouse.
T-1 This visa is for foreign persons who are victims of severe forms of trafficking in persons, and for their immediate family members, as appropriate. The application is made by the victims themselves, who may also include eligible family member on their applications at that time. An application can be made also by a family member who was not included in the original application.
T-2 This visa is for foreign a person who is the spouse of a victim of severe forms of trafficking in persons. This application can be made either by the victim with their original application and also by a family member who was not included in the original application.
T-3 This visa is for foreign a person who is the child of a victim of severe forms of trafficking in persons. This application can be made either by the victim with their original application and also by a family member who was not included in the original application.
T-4 This visa is for foreign a person who is the parent of a victim of severe forms of trafficking in persons. This application can be made either by the victim with their original application and also by a family member who was not included in the original application.
V-1 Spouses of lawful permanent residents who are waiting for approvals of immigrant petitions.
V-2 Children of lawful permanent residents who are waiting for approvals of immigrant petitions.
V-3 Child of either a V-1 or V-2 beneficiary, if eligible to accompany or follow to join the principal visa holder.
